禮賓部真的很好，幫我們把16位朋友都安排在同一層樓，謝謝你們。

房間很大，非常舒適 洗手間有淋浴亦有浴缸，也有掛衣的繩可拉出，超級方便 地上的地氈很乾淨，也很柔軟，床舖也很不錯，睡得很好 隔音也感覺也不錯，沒有聽到走廊或隔壁住客的人聲 整體十分好！推薦！

The hotel itself is great but just know that it's not walking distance to anywhere. Although getting a can from the front desk isn't hard, it's still an inconvenience.

깨끗하고, 시설이 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절한 편입니다. 조식도 종류가 적당한편입니다. 추후에도 이용예정입니다.

I have no doubt this hotel is built to a 5 star standard but its not ran like one. Don;t get me worng its still nice, but there is no real customer service, you just get on with it yourself. Food at night was poor at the buffet but the Restaurant serving Chinese food was excellent.

靠近大運中心, 但乘車，食市方面比較少。就算想乘的士，也比較難，因為沿途也不見有的士經過。 還有就是大堂蚊子挺多，我給咬到一腳都是。

Overall hotel is excellent. Location is not the best, but we were on business, so did not care much. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Drawbacks -- breakfast are not the best to western taste. Dinners are mainly OK. Food outside of hotel tastes better in my opinion. Rudolf

Close to the gynasism where we had to go early in the morning. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only thing to improve is the air conditioner. I felt hot the entire nght
