The COLI Hotel Shenzhen

Hotel was overall very good.Rooms were large and very comfortable. Free wifi in the room was good to do most browsing and emails etc. The gym could've been a little bigger & better. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The only downside was the food ordered from the bar could've been better and more varied. Overall it was an excellent hotel for the price. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and I would have no qualms in going again.

Excellent place if you are there for business. Large, clean rooms with everything one needs. The only cons are location and breakfasts -- there is not much to see nearby and no shopping. Food is mainly catered for asians. Dinners are really great. Breakfasts could be better. We stay at this hotel twice a year and do like it.

酒店自助早餐是我吃過最難食和最不值錢的早餐 建議大家訂房就不要連早餐 只有雞蛋麵包能吃 其他就...... 本來看見有腸很開心 但我吃了一口已不想吃 很難食 酒店離大運站坐巴士很快便到 但酒店附近只有麥當勞 建議帶多點吃和喝的去

Excellent room and facilities. Room was both large and well equipped. The only downside was the location, a little out of the way although taxis are cheap and resolve this. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the metro & bus stations every hour. Would recommend staying here and I'd certainly stay again.

在晚上七時才扺達酒店，酒店方面說没有收到我的訂單。我立即致長途电話詢問， 說了大半小時長途才把事情辨好。浪費了長途電話費和吃自助餐的時間，還有玩樂的心情，幸好洒店在没有我要的房間下，upgrade 了套房給我。

退房的時候因為人太多，所以酒店不能即時幫我取消經信用卡支付的按金，他們說會明天幫我處理。回港後再聯絡酒店，他們說銀行不能即時退款，如要即時退款，我必須支付一毛錢的銀行手續費才可申請即時退款，我便回覆我願意支付手續費。但是很奇怪的是直到２０１３年１２月２３日止我的銀行還沒有扣除按金或收回按金的紀錄，只有收取一毛錢手續費的紀錄。希望酒店真的已經處理好。經過今次經驗，我下次會用現金支付按金的了。

The hotel is beautiful an the rooms are well furnished. However, when you arrive the room will be hot and take a long time to cool down. Also, I had to request that the mini-bar be filled and refrigerator be turned on. There is absolutely NOTHING within walking distance of the hotel. You are stuck there once you arrive unless you have a driver.

Great hotel, very new and clean. Hard to find anybody who speaks English though so it was a bit difficult in communicating. The hotel is close to the highway which is good but lacks restaurants or any kind of nightlife nearby. Great is you are just needing a hotel but not the best location.
