Best massage ever. Fantastic spa center with pressure pools,onsen,amazing treatments. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is our second stay in this property unfortunately I am downgrading my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Im going to preface this review by saying that if you are a hardcore health, fitness and root cause healing individual and and you know how to harness the natural resources in this property (ie grounding, sound healing, sun and light therapy etc) then by all means come to this place This place has so much of nature's healing power if you know how to use them. But dont expect deep and experienced experts who walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to true and lasting health journey to guide you on the right path. If you are like most people who just enjoy some peace, quiet, serenity and a nice room and a change from the fast city pace of life and you can afford the price tag then go ahead and indulge. As of 2026, this property is now part of Marriott, good for me because I was able to reap the benefits of being a platinum Elite. However the fact that Marriott took over the rooms and F&B but not the wellness part of this property speaks volumes of Marriotts pure intent to run this place just like an ordinary luxury property and not a wellness health healing retreat place which what this property was means in its original conception. Which goes back to what I said, if you want luxury meets nature you wont be disappointed if you want hard core life changing healing guidance that mainstream doesnt offer this one doesnt hit the mark. Healthy food can be delicious. The food here is neither healthy nor will it wow you. MSG and refined sugar are big no nos to healthy living and most if not all the dishes have it for taste. The idea that vegan and vegetarian = healthy is a fading trend. You pay a steep price for food here with small portions and its just not good enough. As a healthy eater I will rate the food here both taste and health meter at a 2 stars out of five. The exception is breakfast where the team in the Alive restaurant really shines. Arnel is the manager who runs it and he is on top of it. The breakfast items do not pass my health meter test but the team here allows me to customize my meals and they deliver every single day. I tell them what exactly I want in my dishes and they do their best to make it. We stayed in the more modern villa Mahogany 22 and as nice as it is, you can walk in that villa anywhere in the world. I prefer the more traditional ones with native touches. Both have luxury feel and are fabulous What really left me a sour taste was how the managers in the front desk operate. In every establishment, the manager is your last resort if you want to get things done. Its a different story here, the managers are hidden behind the room like VIP and the front desk people are their soldiers. If you ask to speak with one of the managers or supervisors, you have to have a good justification to do so. And then I came across Ayla one of the managers who I sat with and told of our situation regarding our rez. She said she will do what she can do and let us know. Long story short, because she couldn't resolve it which was ok but to make us wait and avoid us througout the day when time is of the essence does not have any excuse. I would rather have her face me and tell me what happened rather than make me wait all day and never get back to me. That is a real unprofessional behavior especially coming from a manager. Service is what truly made this place special the first time I was there and yes some of the folks like Arnel, Cristy, Leslie and some of my favorite people still shine with their excellence but I think its time to revisit the overall service execution in this place and give it a good polish. Will I be back? Yes because the nature aspect of this place is unbeatable. Will I recommend it as much as I did before? That depends how much your paying and what are you trying to get out of it.

Had a wonderful stay at the Farm. The staff are super kind and facilities are superb.

I spent 4 days at the Farm. I did a program through the wellness center. The food was very good. There were plenty of activities throughout the day that worked around my personal treatments. Things like a morning power walk around the Farm, yoga, meditations etc. I was there on my own and while I was unusual I felt comfortable and welcome. It would be a great place to go with a group of friends. There were several families as well. I stayed in a Palmera Glass villa. It was lovely and very comfortable. The spa was beautiful. The massages were fabulous. The flower mandala meditation was very fun.

Staff are courteous and efficient. They are friendly as well.
