THE ROOM was unclean. Bedsheets with stains and pillows we re old and out of shape. Bathroom was also unkept, soap dish in the shower were full of old soap suds. Towels are too old and discolored. Upon arrival in the room we didnt have towels and had to wait until the evening to get one, 1pc when we re a couple. We had to ask everytime to change our towels for the remainder of our stay. The room is beautiful, but it needs a good deep clean as the rooms smells moldy. THE RESTAURANT needs an update too. We we re given the menu but 70% in it was not available when we order. There was only 2 wine selection and when we ordered the bottle we wanted it was out of stock. The food did not arrive at the same time. I had to share my food with my husband as he was so hungry waiting for a long time. His food arrived 15mins later and it was cold. THE BREAKFAST area was also uninviting. We book our long weekend with The Farm to have a peaceful and quiet weekend and yet the breakfast area was chaotic, noisy and the food doesnt look appetizing.

The hotel setting in the jungle is really spectacular - you are literally surrounded by greenery. All the wooden villas and cabins blend in beautifully to the surroundings. There is a great selection of pools and restaurants. Food options wre great and food is of great quality. The spa is also great.

Whilst the staff are super friendly and helpful there is a lack of efficiency in how things are run. The spa prices were crazy - for anywhere TBH but especially The Philippines, I understand more specialist treatments could be but the massages are too expensive. You do have to keep in mind you're in the jungle therefore gekos and peacocks stray cats are likely to wake you up during the night!

Check in yesterday for 3 nights stay with my family. The place is nicely plan and lay out is good, but the maintenance of the property and the upkeep of the landscaping is really poor , cleanliness and service is so poor. For cleanliness, the foot towel in my son room has blood stain!#@ For service, from front desk to restaurant are poor. For front desk, no orientation during our check-in, and only one key card for group of six, mind you a 4 rooms villa is where we stay. Service in the breakfast restaurant is poor, as we have to ask the service crew for water and clearing the table. Since it is a sprawling complex, each villa is not assigned with a buggy and you have to call if you need one, lucky if they pick you up. With the price we paid for staying there, we expect better service at least and clean towel.

We just came in today and can’t wait give this review. We came to The Farm to relax, and it’s our first time. The first activity we did was to have early dinner at the Upper Deck restaurant. However, we became so stressed right away waiting for our food for ALMOST ONE AND A HALF HOUR. Part of our order is just a simple sweet potato fries which took soooo long. The sad part is we were there very early, the sun is still up, and not much customers yet. We realized that it’s already dark and our food hasn’t arrived yet while we see other customers who came after us being served first. I hate that straight to our faces, we see other customers getting favored. The waitress (Ms. Ramos) initially promised a wait of 25-30 mins which was okay. Then after waiting for almost an hour, she promised again to wait for 3-5mins, which didn’t turn out true. In the end, we just cancelled the remaining order that didn’t arrive. The food is very expensive, though we were given 20% discount for the wait (probably expecting us to be happy), it still doesn’t live up to the standard that The Farm advertises. Very disappointing. Will definitely not come back again.
