Hotel comodo al centro anche a piedi e vicino ai vari servizi. Disponibilità di un garage privato per posteggio auto o bici. Personale cortese e disponibile. Posizionato però su una strada trafficata e quindi con un continuo sottofondo di auto e camion in transito.

Camera essenziale, accogliente e pulita. Ottimo soggiorno.

Worst ever breakfast experience

Posizione comoda e tranquilla, non in pieno centro, ma 10 minuti in autobus dalla Stazione. Hotel ristrutturato da poco, pulito, essenziale ma con tutto ciò che necessita per un soggiorno. Personale gentile.

Dry clean and a friendly staff.

Clean hotel outside city center. Google maps says it's about a twenty-minute walk, but more like thirty-five minutes to city center. The room was affordable. But, the day we stayed, it was about 33 degrees C. There was no air conditioning in the room. When we went down to ask about it, we were told, "it will cool down at night." Didn't really cool down that much. We tried to open a window, but since the room was on a very busy road, the open window just added city noise. Overall, the worst night of "sleep" we had on vacation. The room might be comfortable in the winter, but it was utterly miserable in the summer.

Ended up in Bolzano on our way to the south of Italy. The old centre was hardly accecible by car and the one hotel we reached was way to expensive. On our way out of town we found this. Modern, clean, comfortable and affordable. Friendly guy at the desk and great wifi. What else dou you need? (A private parking would be nice in this part of town)

Nice friendly staff

Our room was updated, clean and sophisticated. Small lobby also new looking. Men (not staying at hotel??)seemed to hang around outside the hotel door. There were a couple of stores beside hotel. The neighborhood apart from that seemed OK with some breakfast and meal options.

The room was clean, modern and nice. No air-conditioning though and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. One gentleman of the staff knew some English. Pet friendly but you had to pay 10 euros extra per night for the dog.
