Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Islam were very helpful and friendly. Thank you both for being wonderful hosts. Pool was good.

The 2 different rooms we stayed in were very dirty including towels, curtains and sheets. We did not feel safe even to touch a single thing in the room :( Breakfast was so bad.

We loved all staff and purity. Responsible for cleaning the rooms Ahmed his work was exelent!❤The food was amazing and we trayed a new tasty.The restaurant staff is also more than exellent!!!We miss all...and we will go back so soon❤Responsible for the aqua gym and song Mahmoud is doing a good job like everyone there.❤Abdul thank for everythings🙏❤

I stayed one night without food with my family before going to another hotel, IT'S location is good beside old market, our room had pool view

. The lobby has no air conditioner and has very bad smell with water in the ground from people coming from the pool . Our room had no electricity at all and we have to change it which take a lot of time to convince the the desk man to change it before the pool closes . The hotel in general is dirty.. the pool and the rooms, water come from the bathroom is brown in color. . The employee ready to help you if you gave them tips only..
