"Disappointing"

Farsha beach

The hotel is only suitable for overnight stays. There is no point in buying it included. The staff takes photos and videos of tourists!!!I warned the reception about the postponement of the flight and asked not to wake me up in the morning but no... in 6 am they knocked on the door!!!!! Im disappointed.

"Lovely place with excellent staff"

The staff are exceptional. So helpfully and gracious. The hotel is calm and well run. The pool is lovely and clean. Meals are delicious and the servers are very attentive. We checked in early in the middle of the night due to our flight and that was no problem for them. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a few things in the room that needed fixing and this was done immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

"Good in compare to price"

The hotel in good area(elhadaba) .near to elmercato mall also not far away from old market

The shuttle bus for the beach is old fashioned without air condition.

"Good staff with better facilities and cleanliness it may be good quality for money"

The staff ( Eslam front desk ) ( abd elnaby restaurant ) ( elsayed bar man ) specifically mentioned were very helpful / I have been offered early check just considering my long travel .

0 for cleanliness / literally the towels had a lot of stains even when requested to change them / what I got was still stained / total gross / the shower area curtains had a lot of stinky mud /

"Amazing"

The breakfast and dinner are delicious and various. It is possible to taste egyptian kitchen and also world food. The rooms were comfortable and the personel were cheerful and helpful. Especially Mr. Yasir, and hotel manager Mr. Muhammed Aziz The hotel has also beach area in Farsha cafe.
