Hyatt Place Riverside Downtown

The room was very spacious and clean, albeit rather sterile. I was at the very end of the hallway, but still was very noisy, both inside and outside. The TV did not work--during the World Cup! Water pressure in the shower was very low. I was double charged on check-in. This was rectified but only after I saw the charge on my credit card. Oh yeah, and they charge additional fees for parking each night :( Not worth the price, even with a group rate.

Clean. Sunny. Well laid out room. Everyone was smiling.

We had our 91 year old mother and they didn’t have a handicap Shower for her

Quiet atmosphere, very clean rooms, cotton sheets. Central location to shopping and many eating places. Excellent breakfast bar!

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean.

Everything was great except the checkout process. During our stay, all of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The only issue we had was with the staff member who checked us out. She was abrupt and gave us information that was completely different from what the other staff had said. It left a bad taste in her mouth after a wonderful stay.

Central Location . Great breakfast .

Wish there were a hot tub, or the pool heated, but it's very clean, and definitely worth paying the parking fee. Nothing like being able to park in the heart of downtown! This is silly, but I loved the fruit infused water station

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, and the rooms are incredibly big and spacious. It offers a great price for how clean everything is. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious every single morning. The only downfall was the parking situation at night. There weren't enough available spots, which was frustrating considering the $30 a night parking fee. Overall, though, it’s a great hotel and we would definitely stay again!
