The facility was great for me for a 1 night stay

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this location and it was a really nice week seeing him and there was enough room in the facility to not feel like we’re trapped in a room for a week. The kitchen was nice to help us not spend too much money on eating out. This is our favorite place to stay when I come visit!

Overall a great stay. Large space and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

The location is in a good area and it convenient near a Walmart and its surroundings with other Hotels. The room was nice and clean..What I liked most is that it was like a one bedroom apartment just like my on home I do highly recommend it to anyone... just great

Mike went out of the way to make sure we were arriving on time and had everything ready for a quick check in upon arrival. My husband and I will most definitely return in the spring.. Thanks again!

The new manager of this property was so friendly and welcoming. He even ended up upgrading my boyfriend and I's stay to the executive suite, because ours ending up becoming damaged due to the hurricane. Will be staying here again!

The hotel was a clean affordable place to stay. The only thing that I wish it had was a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

(I drove 21 hours; across 6 states, to be told my room was given away) After booking my room on the 1st of August, I called on August 9th(11am) to inform the staff that I would be arriving late. “Mike” Said that as long as my credit card was on file, that i would be fine with checking in late, even though the office closed at 7pm. “Mike” informed me that he took the initiative to write down my name and number, and that he would call me around 3pm, to make sure i was checked in properly; due to the “system being down”, he couldn’t help me right then and there. After i didn’t receive a phone call, i decided to call them myself. (6pm)“Mike” answered the phone, and let me know that not only was my room given away, but they also tried telling me that I could go down the street to a different hotel, and they expected me to pay the “suite” price, for a room with a double bed.. After arguing and letting them know that i wasn’t going to be paying $220 for a room that i didn’t want, “Mike” tried to explain that the hotel would “compensate” $40 (the supposed difference) , so that i wouldn’t complain. I’m sorry, but why would i pay $220 for a room i didn’t want, when i was only paying $175 for a suite, that i originally booked. Doesn’t make sense. Long story short, The hotel notified Expedia saying that they “accidentally” gave my room away, and made them handle the situation, instead of doing the right thing and compensating me for THEIR mess up.

This was the worst stay ever!! Never even stayed there, because there was no rooms even though we reserved it!!
