The manager is very friendly and will assist you with your requests. The first room provided was not acceptable for our stay. A second room was provided and met our needs. The property is maintained outside but the manager is refurbushing 4 rooms a month. So some rooms are much nicer than others. The suits are the size of a one bedroom apartment. The area is safe with many stores and resturants in walking distance. So if you are looking to book a good size suit without the Hotel atmosphere, this would be a good choice. The ac worked great but do to Covid 19 there is no daily housekeeping. The one issue is there is smoking allowed on the walkway outside your room and not in a designated area away from the entry to your room. The kitchen has older appliances showing signs of wear and rust.

The staff at this hotel was great! The manager was extremely helpful. It is a worrying time to travel and wherever you stay you want the rooms to be thoroughly cleaned, this hotel had made me feel at ease with the cleanliness of my room. The manager was very approachable and was helpful in answering questions regarding my stay. This location is near many shopping options and the USMC base is not too far away either.

Manager was wonderful and great property very clean Although people upstairs were very noisy one night. Over all will definitely go back when in town.

The rooms are affordable and spacious, check-in was expedious. The room had a musty odor. The management did a great job of upgrading the kitchen appliances during the stay. Room was decently clean.

Although the property managers did the best they could to communicate with us, it is just not a very comfortable place to stay. They told us that the room we were in was occupied for 5 months and that’s why it wasn’t very out together because they only had one day to clean it in. That isn’t our problem though. It should’ve been cleaned even more because of that. All the walls were dirty. Like greasy and fingerprints and stuff on them. You couldn’t sit on the couch because it sank in the middle and smelled terrible. They said someone burned bacon in there and that was the smell, but it smelled like cigarettes. There was two of us in the room and we only got 3 towels for the whole week and no hand towels. I was told I’d get new towels but never did. They did change our sheets because I’m convinced the were never changed because once I got new sheets they smelled good and felt fresh. My bed had a lean to it and made sleeping difficult. I prob should’ve took them up on a different room but when you’re on vacation and move all your stuff into a room the thought of doing it all again was overwhelming. The manager tried and the cleaners were kind, but at the end of the day if you knew a room was in that bad of shape because someone had been in there for five months, it should’ve never been rented out to begin with until all the issues were taken care of. We will not be staying there again.

Check in went smoothly and the room looked like the picture but up close it is in need of some upgrades. It was a short stay so I went economy and you get what you pay for.

I liked how clean and quiet the area was even with Walmart so close by. Stayed here for an entire week as newlyweds and we were well taken care of. We could cook and go grocery shopping instead of constantly eating at restaurants. We could even do our own laundry which is a major plus in my book! Thank you, Mike!

I enjoyed my stay at Affordable Suites. It was quiet, there was more room than I expected, and the management was friendly and approachable.

Management is phenomenal :) all the staff ia very nice! This is a great place to spend a few days and feel at home away from home! Definitely recommend and will stay again myself!

Went through 2 coffee pots, management was extremely fast getting replacements, plus an additional pan needed for cooking. Great little getaway, and close to shopping. Will be back!
