Please note that road access to the hotel is through the Bergstrasse. Entry is restricted by bollards. Please drive to the stop line and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. Hotel staff will inform you about the entrance code. Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side. Please note that parking in front of the hotel is only permitted for loading and unloading your car. Please note that for parking, the hotel recommends the charged Mirabell public underground parking garage, which is located 984 feet away. A deposit may be required at the property.

Staff and location was excellent.

Parking was about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Due to central location, drop off and luggage had to be planned as there is no access to directly out front without the bollards to be opened. Staff was kind to try to arrange, but construction limited us and we risked parking fines.

"Goed uitgangspunt voor een paar dagen Salzburg"

Midden in het centrum. Goede hulp bij inchecken, we konden voor de deur parkeren en uitlaten

Er was een 24 uurs bar, maar het avond personeel was ook de bar medewerker. Helaas had de bar medewerker geen idee ban drank en kende hij bijna geen soorten drank. Jammer

Sehr nett empfangen (jung kommt aus Irland haben uns nett unterhalten )das Zimmer war unserem Geschmack eingerichtet, die erabschiedung an der Rezeption war auch sehr nett.

Keine Beschwerden!!!!
