Please note that road access to the hotel is through the Bergstrasse. Entry is restricted by bollards. Please drive to the stop line and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. Hotel staff will inform you about the entrance code. Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side. Please note that parking in front of the hotel is only permitted for loading and unloading your car. Please note that for parking, the hotel recommends the charged Mirabell public underground parking garage, which is located 984 feet away. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great hotel, excellent location"

Location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- wide variety of choice- cooked, continental, waffles and pancakes- spoilt for choice.

L’emplacement au centre de la ville, tout est accessible à pied.

La chambre n’est pas à la hauteur pour un prix aussi élevé. Sombre, équipements Minimaux. À ce prix, le petit déjeuner devrait être inclut ( qui est tout de même bien garni ).

Sauberkeit und zu Fuß vieles gut erreichbar.

Die Dame und der Herr an der Rezeption waren äußerst unfreundlich. Eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist etwas mühsam, da das Hotel in einer Fussgängerzone liegt.

"bueno, bonito, barato y central"

Habitación es amplia, mucho mas de lo que esperaba, tiene refrigerador, baño amplio, hay un restaurant afuera-abajo y una cerveceria a la vuelta. Limpieza impeke, desayuno abundante y variado, puedes repetirte. Sales y llegas al sector céntrico, caminas un poco y puedes acceder al centro casco antiguo cruzando el río. El carrete (fiestas, rumba) esta cruzando el rio. Te venden ticket de locomoción colectiva en el propio hotel.

La vista, nuestras ventanas daban a un pasaje cerrado, con una pared a 3 metros de ellas, pero a cambio tiene una buena terraza abierta al publico.

Very central location and near the river. Old town lass than a 10 min walk. Nice range of breakfast choices, hot and cold. Lift to all floors and sufficient amenities.

The iPad when it came to deciding room cleaning was difficult to manage. Choice limited.
