air conditioner worked well and was quiet!

only one trash can! There should be at least 2, one in the bathroom area. I had to keep moving the solo trash can.

It was very easy to locate the hotel, room was spacious, would have liked it better if we had a hair dryer . We stayed only 1 night, and enjoyed the pool, but a camera in the pool area was a bit suspicious. The jacuzzi was not accessible. Downtown was super close too. The mountain view from the balcony was beautiful.!

Good sized room as in a second person can get to the door & bathroom with ease. Chairs! Not just 1 but 3! An actual table for working & eating.

There are 2 charging ports on the bedside lamp but with 2 iPhones, 2 iPads & hearing aids to charge it takes serious planning to keep things charged. Wall plug in for some reason with not keep a charger in place.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room worked well and was relatively quiet.

Bed was wobbly like a teeter totter side to side, pool was really cold, hot tub was not working. Access to pool and ice machine was weird and your room card wouldn't open the doors to these amenities and you had to go ask staff for access. Front door seal didn't close all the way so a fair amount of highway noise came in through the front door.

The location was okay. Staff was nice and friendly. Timmy’s is walking distance. And a really good pub was close by

Beds are like a sheet of plywood Smelled like cigarettes. Pool is not heated couldn’t even use it The hot tub didn’t even have water in it.

The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the location is great. You can hear the train but it not very loud, it is a fairly quiet location. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was very cold. The mattresses and beds could use an update, not super comfortable and one of the beds was very noisy. We were woken up by other guests very early in the morning so the sound proofing wasn't the best.

Our king room was clean,comfortable and quiet. Hallway was pretty messy, could have done with a vacuum. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance ,especially great was nearby Harolds!

Hallways could have been cleaner.

No extra toilet paper. Didn't realize no hair dryer.
