Great location, Clean ,

This is our second time staying here to celebrate our engagement day. Still as before the staffs are friendly and very helpful, comfortable and the cleanliness is number one. A special thanks to Ardhi for taking care all of our requests. I told them that I’m allergic to dust and the housekeeping was very detailed in cleaning my room not forgetting the art towel. Really loved it!! Totally awesome and definitely come back soon.

Our stay at Cross Paasha was beyond exceptional. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and it made our stay fantastic. The food at breakfast was brilliant and the drinks were also great, watching the sunset from the rooftop. We also had a couples massage in our room which was brilliant and very reasonably priced. Our room was huge and was cleaned twice a day to perfection. The gym and pool facilities were also great so we’ve left feeling rejuvenated. Sandy was so lovely and his kindness has made my week! He gave us lots of recommendations and provided 5 star service! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely fantastic and helpful staff

I had a great stay at Cross Paasha in Seminyak. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Seminyak, close to everything you need. The standout for me was the rooftop pool area. It’s the perfect place to unwind, with amazing sunset views that make it feel like you don’t need to go anywhere else for a beautiful evening. The pool staff were fantastic—friendly and attentive, always checking in to offer drinks and ensure guests were comfortable. If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the gym. It could use better equipment and a refresh to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Still, overall, I’d highly recommend Cross Paasha for its comfort, location, and especially the rooftop pool experience.

What a fantastic hotel! Clean, great size room, right on the main strip so just walk to everything, rooftop pool was fantastic, with great food and drinks & of coarse the staff are always incredible, will definitely stay here again!!! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Staff were wonderful and friendly

The hotel is incredible! The staff were amazing and super helpful. Alin helped us out so much and made our stay super enjoyable! The food at the restaurant was amazing. We had a Balinese massage in our hotel room and it was so relaxing! Our hotel room was clean and air conditioned. Very comfortable stay!

Alin helped us out checking in and out. We have had a fantastic stay, great food and very comfortable bed and living arrangements! The swimming pool was so refreshing and made the warm days bearable with a cocktail or seven! Thank you Cross Paasha we will be back!

I was at the Cross in December with my sons and returned in February with my sister. We returned to Cross because the service was so good the first time. Bayu and Tya did not disappoint- not only were they as great as our first visit they remembered me. It was so nice. My sister unfortunately got Bali belly and they could not have been more accomodating and sympathetic. We felt very welcome and will definitely come back next time in Bali.
