Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

A superb hub in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. The Cross Paasha was the first place I stayed in Bali on landing. I stayed for three nights and absolutely loved it. The room was huge and very clean. Two bottles of water were left in the room every day and there was a good selection of teas and coffees too. The breakfast was delightful with a selection of fresh juices, fruit, pastries and cooked Asian and European breakfasts. I’m a pescatarian and there was plenty for me to choose from. The restaurant in the evening also serves beautiful food, one evening I had the Barramundi which was spicy and delicious! They serve an Indonesian Chardonnay which I really liked and I had a cocktail one afternoon which was so delicious. The pool area is very relaxing. Because I was on my own, I just used one of the loungers instead of the covered beds which were usually in use by other guests. I didn’t have to wait for a bed as there are plenty to use. The pool is lovely and very clean. The staff come over to you as you’re sunbathing to check if you want to order any drinks which, as a solo traveller, is so helpful as it means I don’t have to leave my things to go to the bar. I also used the gym in the basement which is great. It has plenty of weights, treadmills, bikes etc as well as a water tank and towels. This was my first experience of Bali and I’m so grateful for such a wonderful and friendly welcome from all of the staff. They are so kind and always wanting to help you. The reception staff (such as Alin) are lovely and they all speak fluent English so communication is never an issue if - like me - you didn’t learn any Indonesian! The location is great, I walked to the beach and explored the local market. There are loads of restaurants in the area but I only ate out on one evening as I was so happy with the rooftop restaurant. The food, staff and atmosphere were perfect. The only negative - and this is not the hotels fault at all - was that some evenings the other guests (always Aussies) were very noisy in the corridor late in the evening / early morning around 1am. To be honest, Seminyak is very lively so I imagine this is something that happens in all hotels in the area. I would love to stay here again and I really hope that I do.

We had a wonderful stay at Crosspasha Seminyak Hotel with breakfast included. The hotel was comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasant. A special mention to Enjel—she was incredibly friendly, kind-hearted, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return!

Loved this property. It’s very much in central Semiyak in a busy walkable area. The rooftop is nice, rooms spacious and a lovely staff.

i went here to visit a friend who was staying in, i had a great time.. my favourtie spot is the Aero Bar, we lost time, chatting there and enjoy cocktails.. , perfect for warming up your night in seminyak district, the cocktail was way beyond my expectation and i went to the room.. super spacious.. what crazy about it is 24 hours room use.

Whilst the Cross Passha may not be the flashiest hotel it is wonderful in service and location. The rooms are large and spacious and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We loved our 8 nights there.

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful, room was huge and air con was fantastic. TV channel choices were great for a solo traveller at night. Pool was great and breakfast was done well too!

Truely wonderful hotel, staff make this hotel everyone goes above and beyond, the rooms and the hotel in general is extremely clean and very modern. The pool area staff are so attentive, the pool itself is very well kept comfortable. Breakfast is possibly the best we’ve ever had in a hotel (and we travel around 4/5 times a year). There is a very fresh buffet with an option to order breakfast (options are amazing we recommend the najmim folded eggs). We have also had lunch by the pool which was very well priced and extremely delicious, once again, huge compliments to the pool staff and the chefs who work extremely hard to make this hotel what it is, which is perfection. The rooms are extremely big and comfortable and the reception staff along with the security staff are lovely. The only one tiny complaint we would have is around the need to download the app upon check in. After a day it logged me out and we weren’t sure how to get our room clean which we then figured we needed to keep the green light above our door on which we weren’t told about however, it’s a very small detail. The concept of the app itself is very good if you want to just order towels or water to the room without having to get it cleaned but, it didn’t work for us just because after I was logged out I couldn’t use it and working out how to use it again isn’t something you want to do on a holiday however, this is more for management to consider, definitely not a complaint about the staff! It would be our pleasure to come back to this hotel, thank you to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable & pleasant.

Loved the rooms, they were so big and the beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in. The pool staff are so friendly, it's such a vibe up there, we loved spending most of our time at the hotel on the rooftop.

Horrible customer service. They damaged my snap charger ($130) and tried to compensate with $30 meal voucher. Never seen this happen. Definitely not coming back or recommending this hotel. There's plenty of choices around, save yourself the trouble.
