Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

Property not 5 star. Pool area and lounges need maintenance. Tiles are loose in the pool. Boards around pool are loose and require painting. Day beds were broken and we asked for one bed to be fixed for more than a week. Eventually fixed. WiFi doesn't always work well. Next to property that was burnt down more than a year ago. When it rains overnight there is a smokey smell. Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Shower is large with great water pressure. Breakfast staff very helpful and love. Limited menu. Little boring by the second week. The late checkout is fabulous. We were able to leave the room at 5pm’ish as we had an evening flight. Location is fabulous. 5 min walk to Seminyak square and appx 15 - 20 walk to the beach.

Hotelnya berlokasi di pusat Seminyak, jadi gampang banget kalau mau explore tempat-tempat hits di sekitar sini. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Seminyak Beach super convenient for a quick escape to the sea! One of the highlights during my stay was the BBQ Night every Friday, seru banget dan makanannya juga enak. Thank you to the staff for the warm hospitality and excellent service. Pasti bakal jadi pilihan utama kalau ke Bali lagi!

If you are considering this hotel, do more research. It hasn’t had maintenance done on it in a very long time. But most of all, the sewage. The smell is in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Seasoned travellers in Asia expect a few dodgey smells in their travels, but expect the hotel to not be one of those places. As always in Bali, the staff were lovely. Everything else however was not.

We chose this hotel due to the facilities shown on the hotel website such as the gym and the day spa. When we arrived we found the gym was nothing like what was shown in the picture and the day spa did not exist anymore. Very disappointed.

Great location. I love that you can walk outside the hotel and you have shopping, restaurants, bars, mini mart etc at your fingertips. Also loved that the hotel work on 24hr check out. We checked in at 7pm and were able to check out at 7pm. We didn’t need to find another day room or pay extra to stay longer which worked well for us as flight was 9.30pm. Huge corner suit. We loved our room, it was so spacious but the only downside with the corner suite was it was situated right at the front of the hotel so the noise was pretty bad for most of the day/night. Breakfast good, no issues and totally worth including. Staff were also great and accomodating which I’ve found is fairly standard for Bali hotels. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice location, but not a pleasant smels in the public areas.. When we checked-in our room, we saw a couple of Geckos under the minibar fridge and water leaking from the cealing where the aircondition unit installed. There were loud noises from the aircondition unit which were disturbed Over night sleep.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Cross Paasha Hotel in Seminyak, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The moment we entered our room, we were hit with how poorly maintained everything was. The lounge cushion had visible stains on it – incredibly unappealing and unhygienic. The seating area looked dirty and worn out, making it uncomfortable to use. The wall behind the bed was dirty and had obvious marks and scuffs, as if it hadn’t been cleaned or properly maintained in a long time. The curtains were stained and greasy – just looking at them made us feel uneasy. The bathroom was no better. The sink faucets were grimy and had built-up grit and dirt, especially around the handles. One of the sinks wasn't even functioning properly. Worst of all, my wife felt so uncomfortable with the state of the bathroom that she didn’t even feel safe taking a shower there. For a hotel that advertises itself as a luxury experience, this was anything but. The lack of cleanliness and attention to basic maintenance made our stay incredibly unpleasant. We won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others stay away as well.
