Renaissance Huizhou Hotel

服务非常周到。 入住比较晚了，钟彩姑娘 主动升级房型。退房时候，前台姑娘 又给我们送了好多瓶水。

This hotel's highlight is obviously the amazing views it offers from rooms and lounges. Rooms are nice, large and quiet, but don't look at details or you will observe many small flaws, as many things seem to have been left unfinished or badly finished.

Horrible and nightmare

Second time at this hotel and Was upgraded to club floor from our Gold elite status. View is spatular and service is great. Front desk is welcoming and Rain ( manager at front desk ) was able to change our room to a corner room with made our stay even more enjoyable . Since this is just our staycation and club lounge facility is important I am glad I took advantage of the bonus double elite nite credit abs become platinum elite after this stay

Great location with beautiful view of the river and the lakes. Even better, receptionists in the front desk were very friendly and helpful. In particular, my wife mistakenly left a bag containing a new brand-name handbag and boxes of American ginsengs on a desk near the front desk in the lobby after check-in. We realized this the next morning and asked the front desk. We were so grateful that they found our gifts and kept them behind the front desk until we came as there was no contact info in the gift bag. Thank you so much!!!

르네상스호텔은 좋은편이였는데 응대서비스에 조금 친절하지못한듯. 또한 호텔스 닷컴 계속 예약 애러가 나네요. 분명 강뷰나 프리미엄방.3인식사 같은것들 예약했는데 매번 안되었다고 해서 예약상태가 맘에 안듭니다

Thanks to Destiny, whom took care of everything and started from the time of our occasion at this amazing property. She made it definetely worth it with her sincerity, friendly welcome and suprizes. We will definetely come here again...

Great service, stunning river views, nice location. Breakfast was also pretty good. Would be an extremely pricey hotel if it were in a big city like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Definitely the best choice to stay in Huizhou!

整體服務滿意。check in 服務員（Disney)服務態度好好，安排的我們的房間一齊。29樓的自助早餐，款式多，而47樓的行政樓層自助早餐，就款式少。房間整潔。
