Renaissance Huizhou Hotel

the hotel located near the river and the restaurant located on 29th floor . the view is really good even the air quality is poor outside. the room is really big with a very big washroom . The swimming pool and the gym room were under renovated till the end of Nov . It made me disappointed . The quality of food in dinner buffet is very good. there are many choices. there are so many shell but full of sand . You may try shrimp instead of shell Anyway , I will come back .

I have always been a big fan of the Marriott properties. This Renaissance in Huizhou in exceptional. The Japanese restaurant on the 29th floor is really really good. The sashimi is fresh and delicious. The rooms are large and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this property. Service is top notch!

I decided to check out the “afternoon tea” at the Renaissance Hotel in Huizhou. I’ll start with the negatives. They don’t actually serve tea which for me was a major disappointment. They also the brought the food a good 20 minutes after the coffee which again wasn’t what I was expecting. The melon on a stick a very cheap part of the selection on offer and also typically Chinese. No scones, jam or clotted cream so probably not deserving of the title “afternoon tea”. A prom floss sandwich and a spam with mayonnaise sandwich truly highlighted how misinformed they are about what afternoon tea really is. However the singular cup of coffee served was great and my daughter loved the grape juice. The mango pudding throughly enjoyed by my daughter but she enjoys anything with mango. The cake selection was actually to a high standard. My wife was happy that it wasn’t overly sweet and she enjoyed all the different styles. I can’t rate it more than average as afternoon tea with no tea is a total let down. The view was great before the coulda came.

To improve on front desk check-in area

行政楼层房。一切都好，唯一好差的地方，夜晚食自助餐，有点难吃。。。食物不太新鲜。而且，要加强培训自助餐工作人员那些煎烤东西的员工，我感觉他们态度很差很烦。

地點優越，房間景觀棒極，酒店餐飲水平高，特別是自助早餐很豐富。個別服務員還有進步空間，但整體來說是可以的

First time staying in Huizhou, China for 1 night. The Renaissance is the only international chain hotel I could find in Huizhou. I must admit I had my doubts before arriving, but actually I like this hotel a lot. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Small issue was he didn't know if the bar serve food or not. Room was clean and super spacious. Another small issue was related to my parcel delivered to the hotel. Instead of all 4 parcels, staff only gave me 3. But it was not a super big deal. Breakfast at the restaurant was super nice with a variety of Korean food served. Check out line was not too long and staff was quick to settle my payment. I will recommend this hotel to any international traveler going to Huizhou.

This hotel is located close to the Center of Huizhou directly at the river. As the hotel is quite new the service needs to be improved, but they are on a good way. The front desk lady was on Training and made everything possible wrong, but a manager made up for this. Thanks a lot for the nice stay, the lounge is one of the best I have ever seen !

We ask for a teapot to brew our tea and was told that there will be a charge of 50CNY for this

Have had the pleasure of staying here for many nights over the past year. Recently added Sandra in the Exec Lounge, who has been great. She remembers your name and is responsive to any requests. Great view and great spot to relax after a long day. I have not used but see they offer bikes to use at the lobby.
