Beautiful views and great location. Room was very comfortable and clean

Bathroom sink water pressure was non existent

The property is always clean. The rooms are always cozy and we always end up staying here every year.

There’s nothing I could say I didn’t like.

The staff was very pleasant. The housekeeper had no problem giving me extra towels when I approached her. The location was the best

The wall heaters did not work. No room service from housekeeping for 4 days. The place is not cheap. We recieved 2 towels for 4 nights. I conserve water and resources but that is gross. The person on the second floor must have worn his lead shoes. He started at 6 a.m. and didn't stop until 3 a.m.

The hotel has a wonderful location. The rooms are just ok. Although there appears to be some renovation. The stairs are dangerous and there are no elevators to the second floor. The carpet is very dark on the stairs, and the lighting is very poor so that it would be very easy to miss the end of the stair and take a bad tumble. I think it's actually required to have the edge of the stairs marked in some way, but if it isn't it should be. I was also disappointed that there was no housekeeping service at all. If you want a new towel, you have to go over to the office and get it yourself. or more coffee pods or soap, or anything. And no trash pickup. So if you use up the space in the tiny trash basket it's back to the trash bins near the office.
