Siamton Inn- A Cygnett Collection

Like everything, location, hospitality, food., cleanliness.

The check in experience was horrible, I was waiting to check in up to 2:00PM, and still rooms were not ready. Reception staff doesn't know how to handle the guests.

The hotel doesn't allow outside food to be delivered picked up which is a major drawback and it has monopoly to order from their own restaurant only. Also they dontclean rooms unless instructed.service was good though but not considered for a stay in future.

Working refrigerator - employees attitude - cleanliness of room - I worked early and they offered me a bagged breakfast to go

Quality of towels - pigeons on the window sill - very dangerous area, no proper sidewalks

Staff were very rude
