SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel

Nicest hotel that we stayed during our Switzerland trip. Excellent facility and super courteous staff. While it lacked views of the Matterhorn, the two minute walk to the train station was very convenient. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The view at the restaurant was good if you know where to sit. Was lost when first arrived because I missed the entrance. Once you know the way it's really a short distance next to the train station. On and off you can hear guests slamming to close the door, which shouldn't be the case.

Incredible hotel. We didn’t want to leave and we will for sure go back. We stayed in the cottage which is a few steps from the main building. This is so well equipped and decorated and so peaceful. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, a movie room, a family room, a private sauna and full laundry facilities. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the location couldn’t be better - just a few steps from the train stations. Breakfast and afternoon tea & cake are included and were delicious. Sophia at the bar makes great drinks and was really kind and helpful. Pool, gym, spa and game room were all excellent. Highly recommend!

You must stay at this hotel. Really close to train station, plenty of shopping stores, and amazing vuews all around. Staff was super friendly and made you feel very welcomed. 10/10 I do recommend!!

From the lady that welcomed us and helped us get settled. To the very nice gentleman who worked with us to ship a package, this is by far the most professional Hotel we have stayed at on this 5 week holiday!

First class property and service

We really enjoyed our stay at Schloss. The view from our balcony was stunning, it’s about a 2 minute walk from the train station and many stores/restaurants near by. Staff was very welcoming and professional. The hotel has great amenities and very clean.
