This hotel is super convenient to the train station(s), but it is either sound proof or the trains are quiet because we didn’t hear anything. The spa is great for relaxing. Staff were friendly and outgoing. Breakfast was great. We really enjoyed everything!

The Sauna, Spa (massage), gym and Yoga class were truly terrific. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was all I could have hoped for. The room was very comfortable. The hotel really met and surpassed all expectations.

This property was centrally located and absolutely perfect for our trip. The staff was incredible and our room spacious and clean. The breakfasts were amazing as were the 3-5pm coffee and desserts they offered in the lobby every day. Perfect place to stay!!!!

Amazing hotel with great reception from Chris. Outstanding Front Desk Service. Clean & spacious room. Location is near to train station and town center. 5 mins walk to train station and city center. A must stay hotel in Zermatt !

Fell in love with it here. We came with our two kids for a ski trip and weren't sure what to expect because it was our first time to Zermatt. Now, we cannot wait to come back!! Fabulous location, amenities, staff and little touches. On point. So easy and nice.

We stayed as a family (16-year-old twins, Ale Jr. 11, mom, and dad), and everything was perfect—impeccable cleanliness, outstanding service, and a top-notch complimentary spa. We felt truly welcomed, and the staff made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. We also got upgraded with amazing view of Matterhorn to top a great long weekend away. We will be back next year and we will definitely be staying here again!
