Hotel is clean n staff friendly, location is great, would stay again if ever visit Guernsey again

This hotel for staying in for us was not suitable for anyone with knee , hip or leg problems or heart trouble !! Too many stairs on one side of hotel and no lift!! A few of the bedrooms are over the back of building looking into a yard and ongoing noise from industrial kitchen fans . Clanging and banging with dustbins etc . The room was pleasant but very hot hence the window had to be opened ;plus we like air in our room.!! But not that amount of noise !! We both felt the hotel wasn't quite sure if it was a posh hotel or a pub !

Patio room had been recently refurbished and was very comfortable.

A lovely hotel. Has it’s own bar and restaurant so don’t need to go far. Amazing sea view from our room. Staff incredibly helpful. 10- 15 minute walk into main part of town.

Very helpful staff. Decent location and good restaurant

It was a lovely hotel. Good location for walking access to main town area. Room was immaculate and bed very comfy. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and also much cheaper than I would have expected it to be. Nice bonus touch was the locally roasted ground coffee in the room with a pretty little pot to make it in.

From the friendly professional reception to the identical check out this hotel provided the ideal base for a long weekend break. Our room in the extension was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The bars and beer garden were nice to relax in and the meals were excellent.

Friendly staff, nice room with a wonderful view over to Herm. Food in pub very good and full English breakfast available in two sizes.

Great location with sea views. 10 minute walk into centre of St Peter Port or 2 minute bus trip. Clean, comfortable room. Main road quiet busy, road noise with windows open. We were in room 9 triple room, great sea views. Helpful staff too.
