Para hotel de quatro estrelas deveria ter uma garrafa água cortesia no quarto. O pequeno almoço sendo suficiente podia ter mais qualidade. Máquina de café péssima

The location

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The hotel feels outdated and does not match the photos shown online — there’s a clear gap between the presentation and the reality. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was also underwhelming and definitely not up to 4-star standards.

The restaurant is excellent and great value for money. The setting is fantastic,

The rooms are a bit dingy and room service doesn't always happen. Each time I was in reception there seemed to be someone with a complaint. It seems to me that they know they've got a great location and restaurant and then just sit back and let the money roll in, I went to complain one about the lack of blankets for my partner. the reception was closed (open from 10-7?!). I was very polite and I also speak Portuguese. The restaurant staff couldn't help of course, and from a young female assistant there I received a mouthful of invective in Portuguese-no doubt thinking that I wouldn't understand.
