Neth Socheata Hotel

Stayed here after spending a couple of days at a hostel nearby. It was a nice change of pace and was great to be so close to the old market. Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, night markets and spas. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Even letting me use their computer after my memory card for my camera became corrupted. My room and the hotel in general were clean and kept in great shape. For myself it wasn't a problem but if you do have problems walking, I'd recommend you request a room on one of the lower floors. I believe the hotel has 6 floors and there is no elevator.

Great deal for the price. Excellent location, right in the heart of the tourist area but tucked away from all of the noise. Clean room with simple decor. AC worked great as did the hot water. Staff was attentive and helpful. Bed was a bit too firm for me.

Neth Socheata Hotel is a few steps away from cafes, shops, spas, street side local eateries, or bars. It's located in a quiet alley for you to be able to rest. We booked two rooms and stayed for 2 days and 2 nights. The hotel rooms aren't too impressive but it was okay and decent enough. The bathrooms are also okay. Unfortunately, we had some problems with them. We found a few bedbugs crawling every now and then and found that very uncomfortable. We kindly requested if it's possible to move to another room but the man in the front desk sounded annoyed and said he couldn't transfer us because it was past midnight and all the rooms are booked and that he would just have our room cleaned in the morning. We had to place our bags away from the beds just to avoid bringing them along and had to try to sleep with the lights on. By the next afternoon, another man in the front desk gave us an aerosol bug spray to use. The other room got uncomfortable as the air-conditioner wasn't cool enough. Our companions had to try to sleep through the warm temperature. The hotel's tuktuk service from the airport to the hotel waited for us even if our flight was delayed, which was great. We also hired them to take us to the temples the next day. Their rates however are a bit overcharged than the others and they weren't hanging around the hotel for their guests to hire them immediately. We just hired other tuktuks when we woud go around town.

They were great, the staff was really friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants right near the hotel and it is located right in the middle of the action. The only thing that pauses me from giving it the highest ratings is that the rooms were full of mosquitoes, so you need to make sure they spray the room.

I spent 4 days in total here, book 2 and additional 2 days after that. I would say I like the locations where hotel situatated, very convenient, near old market, pub street, night market, all within 5 minutes walk. Will stay there again for next trip

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" Really nice hotel that has everything available , perfect location, perfect service . Rooms were identical to pictures . All in all I will definitely visit this gem

Locally run small hotel in the middle of town. No parking and no pool but it is 1 min from Pub St and old market and so amazing location Rooms are simple but all work OK the beds are comfy ACs all work and I have a great few nights here Price is amazing and don't be put off it is a budget hotel that delivers

location was good and all the hotel staff was really nice. If I will go to siem Reap again, I will stay there again.

Down a short alley and a block away from the town center, it has a great location! Very clean and friendly staff. I rarely give anything a 5 star rating but at this price level I could not have asked for a better experience. Even the included breakfast is good. Highly recommend.

Great value for money hotel in Siem Reap, with an extremely helpful and friendly manager
