"Weak service."

Overall the stay was OK but they did not collect me from the airport as arranged. Further to this I booked the hotel for two people, I arrived first and there was a big problem when my partner followed soon after. The attempted to make me pay again. Will not stay again.

"Perfect location"

This hotel is located a few meters off the main area of Pub Street. About a 30 second walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops etc. but just far enough away to be able to sleep in quiet. Very Clean, affordable and great service from very friendly and helpful staff. I would suggest this hotel to anyone travelling to Siem Reap.

Facilities: Home away from home; Value: Bargain; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Beautiful; Housekeeping staff left my room only half-cleaned on one day. But reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly!

"Much better than expected"

I got the single room, which in its own smallness, gives one the coziness. The staff there are great and hospitable. Most importantly, the whole hotel is so clean. I also love the breakfast there, and the food at their restaurant is awesome!
