"Für einige Übernachtungen super aber leider nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern"

Das Frühstück bzw das Essen allgemein war wirklich erstaunlich gut und auch sehr viel! Das Personal war auch unglaublich nett. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her auch super in Ordnung. Die Klima kühlt auch sehr gut. Netflix ging auch!

Leider sah unser Zimmer überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war total veraltet und recht finster, da man im Zimmer kein Fenster mit Tageslicht hat, nur so ein hinter einem Spiegel versteckten „Fenster“ in den Hof rein. Auch die Armaturen im Bad waren recht sarnierungsbedürftig. Die Klima war laut was bestimmt viele Leute stören könnte, für uns persönlich war es aushaltbar.

"Disappointing Experience. I Do Not Recommend a Pet-Friendly Hotel Due to Poor Service Towards Guests and furry."

I do not recommend this hotel as pet friendly hotel. Or even a no pet allowed i will not still recommend it. Their poor service towards guest and furry was very very disappointing and disheartening. A neglect of the needs of a guest concerning their satisfaction is paramount to success. Bfast wasn’t serve ,the floor were so sticky that when you wipe the wet wipes or tissue in the floor it will turn black. The attitude of the manager towards the guest was so poor that you don’t want to talk to them again. VERY POOR SERVICE.
