When we checked in we were not acknowledged that we were Platinum members. The 2 young girls (Abigail and Katelynn) were having a conversation about other guests that they were making fun of and we had to wait until their conversation was over before they would acknowledge us. They were not dressed professionally. I even thought they were not employees due to the attire. Another woman joined them and they were all folding sheets and bedding at the front counter. I would think they would have another place to do that. When we left and came back they were still giggling about other guests and making fun of them.

Disgusting and deplorable place to stay. Room was dirty. Had to clean the room ourselves. Carpet needed to be vacummed. Dry food on the chair in the room. Stained bed sham on the bed. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work. Room phone didnt work either. Hole in the bathroom door. Smell in the bathroom, possible sewer gases. Noisy all night long, uncontrolled kids. Carpets in the halls were dirty and stained. Will never use them again. No inspection notice in elevator. Who knows about their Ice machines. We didnt use them.

Staff friendly and helpful. Unable to provide reservation or receipts. Used yellow, lined tablet to register. Spent 2 days and did not provide receipt. Claimed no internet due to global outage. Did not have this problem at other places I stayed either before or after. ???
