We have just returned from a week at the Mikri Poli Kos, we would say that this is not a 5* hotel probably 3*at best. Rooms ok good size ,clean but bed sheets only changed once during stay. Check accessibility details as most rooms accessed by steep roads. Poor entertainment .Food gets a bit repetitive,Greek taverna restaurant awful and to top it all food poisoning on morning of return home. Had to get a doctor out and got ripped off with cost of all medication. Won’t be returning to this hotel.

Feel so relaxed, and back feels amazing now as I was in a lot of pain full of knots, thanks to an amazing massage from Sovina

We stayed here for a week for my partners 40th birthday and really enjoyed it. I’ve seen some negative reviews on here but don’t let them put you off. I’d say it’s a 4* with far more positives than negatives so I’d bear that in mind when looking at prices. We travelled with TUI and had a delayed flight from Manchester. Got through Kos Airport quickly & coach transfer took about 10-15 mins. Check-in was quick and we were taken to our room with our luggage on a buggy. We had a sea view family room (a bedroom and living room with a bed-settee) and despite a few niggles - the cot and the replacement cot were both broken (and took an hour to resolve, which was annoying at 1am) - our living accommodation was good. Bed was comfy, shower powerful, view lovely. We had a steepish hill and some stairs to access our room, which wasn’t ideal with a pushchair, but it didn’t really bother me and we were close to the main areas. If you want a completely flat terrain though this ain’t the hotel for you. Food is always a subjective issue for all inclusives and while the quality varied in the main restaurant night by night, if I’m being honest, there was no lack of choice. I’m a fussy eater and had no issues with breakfast (enjoyed the mini pancakes from the live cooking) or dinner as even on theme nights they still have other options. The Italian (you have to pre-book) was the nicest venue and is the nicer spot for breakfast, although there is slightly less choice. We used the snack bars by the main pools every day and the only issues were the flavour filters on the fizzy drinks machines needed replacing more often and some of the chocolate treats ran out quickly. The draught beer is VAP and was nice. We had no issues getting sunbeds at any of the pools, but my partner did have a towel and inflatable removed shortly before 10am when she went to change the baby’s nappy. That was one of only 2 days we were there (at the baby pool) before 10am. Waterpark is ok, our 10 year old loved the slides but it doesn’t have any shade so we didn’t stay too long each time due to having a 10 month old. The activity pool was lively. Enjoyed my water polo debut! We also walked down to the private beach most days, literally over the road from the hotel and had jet-skis etc for hire. It’s a nice spot. Evening entertainment is an area for improvement. The HV staff work hard and are enthusiastic, but are caught between trying to appeal to different age groups and didn’t really hit the mark. The silent disco was good fun for an hour though and out baby loved Widget! Kardamena is walkable. We walked in a few times (took 15 mins and got an uber back for about €10). Chris’s Snack Bar is an amazing spot for a beer during the golden hour. Boat trips are cheaper booked directly rather than via TUI. All in all, we had a really good holiday and while I wouldn’t rank it as 5*, I’d happily stay here, or in another Holiday Village, again.

Seamless in all aspects of our stay, fabulous staffing, clean accommodation and hospitality areas, food is excellent, the Italian restaurant was so good (pre book) that we went twice! Pools a plenty and very nicely maintained!

My partner & I had a massage, I had a neck, back & scalp and my partner had the cretan full body. Our therapists were Savina and Tessie, they were lovely welcoming & professional! The massage was amazing and my back feels brand new (carrying a 2 & half year old round is hard work!) Would definitely recommend booking for a massage when staying at this lovely hotel!! Thank you!!

The hotel is 3 star at best. We booked here hoping for a nice relaxing stay but it really hasn’t been up to much. The food is horrendous, breakfast is awful unless you want to eat beans and toast every day and dinner… well we ate out every night. We booked the Greek speciality restaurant and was served food available from the buffet, lamb chops came with chips rice and carrots (all on the buffet). The hotel is dirty, toilets smell horrible and rarely cleaned, there are flies in the ones closest to the activity pool that have been there all week and the ones inside close to the bar are locked at the weirdest times, certainly not for cleaning as you can see from the photos something suspicious is smeared on the walls that’s been there since we arrived. Staff aren’t too pleasant we asked for a late check out at reception and without even checking was told it was ‘too late’. I’m pregnant and when we arrived I asked for a comfortable room, only to be left with a room that I have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to reach. Unless you get this at a steal I wouldn’t bother if you’re expecting a 4 star hotel

Booked in for a full body and it was 100% needed. Felt horrible going in after recently completing an ultra marathon. Left feeling fresh, ready to do it all over again. TESI adjusted the pressure where required and gave after treatment advice on how to continue with my recovery. Price was good. I would 100% recommend
