Auckland Northshore Motels & Holiday Park

Need to use a token from the reception to use the shower. It was hot in our room.

Paid for a private room. No bathroom, had to pay to use showers, internet was charged at $10/gB but cut out early, smelly room, so cramped it felt like a refugee camp.

Room was clean BBQ area could do with more cleaning but would stay there again

Never going back to this place again. Apon arrival we where ask to pay a bond after we had already paid online, there was nothing online stating a bond needed to be paid. Then went to use kitchen and there was absolutely no cutlery no pots and pans to use, we had to hire them, then went to use shower and had to pay to have a shower. Was shocking. The place looks and feels rundown. Room are small as bed are hard ae. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. The only good thing was they where able to change my booking when i had put wrong dates in after how many phone calls tho. Up your stantards.

Paper thin walls between our room and next door snd very noisy people.

Very dirty the bed not comfortable parking not good too small

overpriced, old, dusty and simply the worst bed we have ever slept on. Service hopeless. There was a broken glass , we asked for a replacement. Reception said service gone home wil fix tommorrow. Never showed up . Asked again next evening, same story and again they never showed up

Close to where we had to go and for a reasonable price.

The service and cleanliness was ok but the beds are uncomfortable

Hi Auckland North shore Motel, we enjoyed our stay very quiet and cosy, helpful reception lady, friendly, close to various facilities, very clean toilet/shower areas.
