Great location nearby Auckland. Everything was great.

Plenty of room, great location. Lacked some basics like milk with the tea/coffee ect

This property suited for location while our house was undergoing renovations. The room was clean and spacious if a little dated. Kitchen facilities were mibimal which was challenging for a 2 week stay. Plenty of local restaurants but that adds to expense!! A big plus for us was going to be the indoor pool but our first visit found it green and murky which put us off completely.

There's wasn't much to like there was a list on the wall that listed what was in the cupboards but not all was there The sheets where not changed or the unit serviced during my stay The hole building was very uneven

Awesome place to stay when travelling from Whangarei and close to everything on the north shore.

i was booked to stay one night and left about 2 hours after checking in. I was required to,pay a $100 bond. 4 days later and I am still waiting for this to be refunded to me. There is no notification of this anywhere in the confirmation documentation or on their website. Only the word “deposit” is used which even the person I spoke to ln the phone the next day said is a different th Ng than a “bond”. So if, like me, you dont use a credit card, expect to be $100 out of pocket for several days. The room was basic, thats OK, but worn down and needing refurbishment. There is no fan,even in the height of summer, and the room was stifling, so I left to stay with a friend. Dont stay here people. The reception staff are disrespectful and the place is tired and barely acceptable. I have stayed in student accomodation that is 100 times better.

Did not like that a bond had to be paid against the room, rooms were not serviced and no air conditioning.

Good clean place to stay, seperate room for the kids makes it easier.

Value for money - for the price it was clean and well set out. It was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the location.
