Auckland Northshore Motels & Holiday Park

Very well maintained and clean. But must pay for shower and wifi which wasn't stated on the website. And one dollar per shower is quite expensive considering that we have already paid for the room and a shower is an expected facility to be included in any accommodation. Furthermore, my partner lost his token when the machine didn't let out water. He went on to tell the staff but they didn't reimburse him. Having said all that, the place is actually really nice and clean. Good facilities and well maintained.

room was advertised at a certain rate but excluded bathroom facilities at my arrival. This resulted in extra charges of $45. Please advertise clearly in future, what is included/excluded in price, otherwise this is just cjeap baiting.

Pool looked disgustimg. Truley looked like piss

the room when we arrived had a smell of pee in it until i aired it out. the decking outside the room needs replacing as it moves when you walk on it. one day someone will fall through it.

Very pleasent, helpful staff. Went out of their way to answer our questions and get info for ud aboutveventd and transport. It was closr to Auckland, but notvthe airport. The sky bus however is s great way to grtvyo thr airport. Pick it up in Ankoranga Bus Station.

We stayed overnight and booked a cheap cabin and wasn't expecting too much from reading the reviews however I thought it was excellent for budget accommodation and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. Toilets/showers were very clean too. Great value for what we paid for 2 people

Trampoline,playground,indoor pool were bonus for kids and everything is neat and tidy.

Easy and cheap handy to motorway and buses to the city

the property was clean and tidy although tired in places. We particularly enjoyed the local with all the lovely old trees and bird life. great facilities for children to play and swim, although the pool itself could have been cleaner.

The customer service was average considering we stayed 3 nights at a cost of 190 per night First room we were given had an ant issue and table was unclean and second room was marginally better. Room was old and in very used condition. Sky tv advertised but non existant and was rold tv has 5 free channels. 100 dollar bond was wanted and told if I didnt give cash it would be transferred back to my account "at some stage" if I used edtpos to pay bond.Not impressed unfortunately and will not return as value for money in my opinion is not acceptable.
