It was ok . Fairly clean very old a bit run down .

Enjoyed the pool and playgroung for kids. It was handy to reataurantsand petrol stations. Plenty of pamphlets with things to do advertised.

For the price that I paid this was not good value. The facility is old and not up to the price paid.

A5 5 day stay, excellent service from duty managers and staff. Impressed by energy saving and recycling messages. Bed wasn’t so comfortable, everything else was. Pleasant environment. Walking distance to supermarket. Pool and spa available. Close to Takapuna, North Shore events Centre, and Pvt & Public hospitals.

A fantastic place to stay for a family of 7 .. 5 kids aged between 3months - 13 years old .. we had a fully self contained unit .. unit was not overly huge but comfortable for us .. everything worked .. bedding was all clean & stain free .. people who ran the place were very informative & happy to help .. everything was explained clearly .. communal kitchen & bathrooms were all clean.

Great size room. We had a double and 6 singles in the room. Unfortunately the only toilet could not cope with 8 people, I don’t think it would barely have coped with 2. Luckily there is also a toilet block which most of us took to using. Shower pressure was fantastic and the unit was clean. We found the night we were there was noisy thanks to our neighbors who intermittently came out of their unit to smoke and talk through the whole night. We finally told them to be quiet at 4am. I would definitely recommend this place for a large group.

Reasonable for cost. Good location. No problems. Couch could do with replacing otherwise all in good order

Room did not have aircon was extremely hot carpet had holes in it overall clean but old furniture tight car access

The room was dirty, there were crickets in my bed. The whole experience was awful.

Very good customer service was awesome. Had an enjoyable night there
