Auckland Northshore Motels & Holiday Park

The room was not clean could not cancel the booking bugs and spiders were in the room 3 days no cleaning was done although asked for it few times

Looked bigger and better in the photos but turned out to be cramped in both rooms and parking. Room had a leaking fridge and was small but with both bunk mattresses on one bed was comfortable enough. Not a highlight of our trip but it was perfectly functional. It is what it is...

We came in late for check in as we just flew in. The receptionist was very friendly and helped make sure our check in was smooth. The room was very spacious and complete with everything. It was a great place to stay.

We booked a standard cabin which had bunk beds and no bathroom as we needed to keep costs down. The bunk beds were cheap metal framed ones that made a lot of noise every time you moved, but worst was the thin foam mattress- you could feel the metal frame through it. So uncomfortable. I asked for a second layer of foam for the next night but nothing eventuated sadly. The showers had such high pressure that it felt like needles. The room smelled mouldy. The bathrooms were clean and the service was friendly so not all bad. For $85 I wanted a good nights sleep but that was not to be.

The room was quite cold and there was no extra blankets available in the room. Finding the driveway access is not easy as the sign is obscured by another large sign. We booked a 2 bedroom unit and thought it had a shower but it did not so we had to change on the day.

I was looking for cheap room as only staying 3-4hours so I booked a room for $85. When I got there the reception man said my booking room not included bathroom and not even towel plus I have to pay for using hot water in public bathroom and asked me to pay another $150 extra if I want an included bathroom accommodation. ($50 extra and $100 Bond) It was Tue day not eve Fri. When I booked it the discription wasnt stated no bathroom included. I didn’t want to agure so I paid and came to the room. The room was like you don’t even pay for $50 as very low, old furnitures say 1980s and smelly. Very disgusting. Strongly NO RECOMMEND!!! There are lots of accommodation better price better quality better service!

I had a long drive to get back to auckland asked for a later check out time so I could catch up on so sleep check out was agreed to be 12 and not ten reception woke me at ten demanding I pay after some time of explaining and checking on his part he realised his mistake To late I'm now awake the rooms are old

It was just what we needed to stay a nice ght un Auckland on the Nth Shore. No traffic noise

When we arrived we were told that our booked room was unavailable and would have to have two single rooms for our family, or upgrade for another $40. We should have been notified before we arrived about this and given the option to cancel. The guy spoke english poorly. There were some very odd people which made us feel unsafe, urine and smoke smells everywhere. The beds were dreadful creaky bunks that woke us everytime someone moved. The rest of the room was tiny but clean.

Location wise for event it was a good venue. Room was clean and nicely presented.
