We would not want to spend 1 minute there and left. This place should be reported to. Health authorities and for false advertising. It was dirty and extremely small with a bunk bed instead of the offered twin bed.

Whwn I booked, I had no option online for choosing a room with a bathroom. Got told when I arrived I did not have access except for communal which was $1 a 9min allocation of a shower.

Terrible service. No record of our Wotif reservation and told there was no room available. Once contacted by Wotif they mysteriously found it. Very dodgy place

Very old foam mattress was the only issue. Paying for showers also not great, but overall very good value.

Easy access to motorways, shopping and North Shore beaches. Staff friendly but not well informed about what's available locally. Don't expect hair dryer or air conditioning. Rooms NOT quiet when you have neighbors. Buildings showing their age. Steps up to unit pulling away from wall, safety matting worn through. Not tempted by the pool. Cheap basic accommodation but don't forget the $100 bond.

Our room looked good from outside, but inside was not up to standard. The handles on the toilet door kept falling off, the top bunk had a hard sheet of wood under the mattress, and the beds very uncomfortable. We also had to pay an expensive bond - never had to do this before - and it's not paid back until a couple of days later. This was not a good experience.

I thought the price of the accommodation was over rated for the standard of the room. We had a Tourist Unit, upstairs. Was only somewhere for us to sleep for the night, and leave our car safely whilst we used public transport to get over to Mount Smart Stadium. I was really looking forward to getting to bed at 1am, but remembered the size and state of the bed ! Double just wasn't big enough and every time my partner rolled over, it flipped to one side. The rickety, creaky, slippery stairs were also abit of a worry. The unit was pretty run down and old fashioned, but practical with all necessities that a fully equipped unit caters for. Wasn't a very comfortable stay. Ideal for budget travelers and backpackers only. Room was very clean though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in terms of motorway access, close to shops, food outlets and gas stations.

No Complaints good for price have stayed previously and would stay again. Was quiet whilst there and a handy place to stay for North Shore access.

Unfriendly staff, token based shower system The most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in...do yourself a favour avoid like the plague.

No hot water in room to do dishes even. Toilets blocked up while there. Everything flooded including kitchen , laundry, TV room Staff not very responsive. will not ever go back!
