our stay at Riu Palace Tikida was very enjoyable ,the staff and the facilities are excellent.
Overall very good resort for a family holiday. Everything from food to activities taken care of. Pool view room Was very good. Extra bed was provided for my 11 year old so nice/cozy/spacious bed mattresses for all 4 of us.
Food needs to be changed up more often. Starts getting a bit boring after a few days
Loved our stay here-weather was perfect and the resort met all of our expectations. My kids had a blast and we felt very safe. We would definitely book the RIU Palace again.
Very dirty hotel. The room was full of bugs and mosquitoes. We called Expedia and requested to check out the next day. We also provided Expedia with pictures and videos of the dirty room suit they gave us. Unfortunately, Expedia claimed they tried to contact Riu Palace but never were able to get hold of them. Expedia refused to refund our money and ended up making another reservation in another hotel.
Good hotel, some staff show excellent levels of service, some not quite. Facilities at the hotel are good. The service at the Spa can definitely be worked on. Although the kids club was useful, the staff need better training. They can’t just leave the kids and disappear for 15 mins and leave the children with strangers (parents of other children)!
Loved the location: wide, clean beach; walking distance to restaurants if one chooses a night off from all-inclusive.
It was amazing, perfect for families! Would like to say a special thanks to the waiter soufiane, he was amazing! Hassan at the reception was also amazing! I did find it interesting as to why coloured people would not get the same service as white people did, white people were getting a lot better service! So was not pleased about that!
Amazing. Staff couldn’t do more, nothing was too much hassle and everything was done with a smile! The hotel was beautiful and we got a free upgrade to a suite with. Sea when the air con stopped working because of the hassle of moving rooms. Can’t fault the hotel or staff. Amazing stay, super clean and luxurious. would recommend to anyone. Huge range of food too, something for everyone. Very happy vacation
