I was very disappointed with this hotel and their facilities
Gréât hôtel ! Great teams dedicated to their guests. I put 5 stars but during check in, they gave me a suite. I was very happy...but when I entered they was someone else clothings... I had to come back to the reception and they gave a normal ...room. It doesn't matter. Smiling and warm people 👏👏👏
I liked the location there buffet wasn’t too bad and the suite I had was nice but I wouldn’t stay there again because is not well maintained, safe lock was broke, one of my shower head wasn’t working and the other one got little flooded while using it I had to call them to come assist with it and the receptionist wasn’t friendly when I called about it so really for the price we paid it shouldn’t have these issues, as we walked in to the suite first time wasn’t even bottle water, nor any snacks or desert, the toilet only had bar soap not even body gel or lotion, I even asked for house shoes and didn’t carry em they said
This is an all inclusive resort. The food was Amazing! I'm sure I gained 10 pounds in just the 5 days we spent there! The pool staff was Great. I've never seen so many people try so hard to include everyone! I can't wait to stay there again!!!
