Il Paluffo

Great location in the heart of Tuscany, with stunning architecture and truly breathtaking views. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was spacious with all the essential amenities,perfectly suited for a family of four.

The living room furniture felt quite basic for such a large apartment, it would benefit from more comfortable sofas and chairs. Small touches were also missing, such as a welcome bottle of water or access to an espresso machine (either in the room or a shared area). Additionally, there was no hot water in the mornings, which was a significant inconvenience.

Prekrasan povijesni objekt, najljepša terasa u središtu objekta popločena terakotom i drvcima agruma, prostorije za druženje, pogled, čini se kao iz filmova, prikaz stare Toscane, prirodni proizvodi za pranje

Nefunkcionalna kupaonica, nema prostor za odlaganje stvari niti veliko ogledalo, tuš se morao koristiti s velikom glavom ( rain shower) pa nije bilo moguće otuširati se bez pranja kose što je bilo jako nezgodno. Nema hladnjaka u sobi. Nedovoljno prostora za odlaganje stvari u ormaru i u sobi općenito. Nije odmah bilo tople vode.

The location was fabulous!! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! I would have loved more information on the place though. There is so much history there!

The first morning we had cool showers but only that one time, they were nice and hot after that!

El entorno, y la casa en sí.

No hay nadie para atenderte a partir de las 5/6 de la tarde . Es complicado acceder a tu habitación si vas después de esa hora . Se vende como una propiedad ecológica con productos locales y naturales pero el zumo no es natural .

We loved the atmosphere, the design, and the peacefulness. The warm attitude from some of the staff made us feel welcome, and the private chef dinner we cooked together was the absolute highlight — amazing flavors and an exceptional experience.

The bed was very soft. Our room on the second floor was quite difficult to access with luggage — and even more so from the parking area. After dark, returning to the property felt rather unpleasant — not because of the Tuscan roads (that’s normal everywhere), but because of the distance from the parking lot to the lower gate, which is the only one open at night.

Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome. The shared spaces were beautifully maintained and inviting. Being able to pre-order breakfast the night before was a thoughtful touch, and the morning offerings were plentiful and delicious. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, quiet, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. From the pool area, the views of the surrounding towns were breathtaking—like a watercolor come to life. Parking was also convenient and easy to access.

There was one large window in the living room that didn’t have a window covering. It would have been nice to have the option of a drape at night.
