Very relaxing and peaceful with beautiful interior and unbelievable views across the Tuscan landscape.All the staff were so friendly and make our stay even more remarkable. Even remembering it was my partners birthday and coming out with cake and candles

The property is an old mill and was beautifully maintained. The staff were all so friendly and helpful making the stay a delight. The breakfast was buffet and delicious, the coffee made in the kitchen is particularly tasty. The location is a 30 minute drive from Florence set in the beautiful Tuscan hills. The view of San Gimigiarno from the gardens with its haunting towers was spectacular. We ate at 2 local restaurants which were a few minutes drive away and both did not disappoint. We stayed in stilo which is 2 bedrooms set over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. There was also an inner and garden eating area. The natural pool was stunning. It was a little unusual to swim with frogs croaking but we quickly acclimatised to it. The views from the pool side sunbeds was stunning. The gardens were well maintained and the property very clean. The cooking class was fun and informative (~ 100€ / person) and food ample.

We would have liked to have had the opportunity to eat in the property rather than needing to go out everyday. As with most of Tuscany a car is essential.

Our stay in Italy was unforgettable. The villa was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Surrounded by beautiful nature, vineyards, and olive groves, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. We loved the charm of the house, the calm atmosphere, and the magical scenery. Tuscany stole our hearts, and we would gladly return!

If you're assigned a room close to the lake, be prepared for extremely loud frogs that croak non-stop throughout the night. It was nearly impossible to sleep, and it completely affected our ability to relax. Sadly, the owners did not mention this in advance, and when we brought it up, they were dismissive and acted as if it wasn’t a real problem — but it absolutely was. This might not affect every guest, but for us, it ruined an otherwise promising stay.
