Property Notes

Please note that the spa is closed from 14 May until 15 May due to maintenance. From Tuesday 18 November, the main entrance to the premises will be closed due to works being carried out by the Directorate-General for Water of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries of the Valencian Regional Government, commissioned to the Empresa de Transformación Agraria. These works form part of the project: “Improvement of flood safety on the left bank of the River Segura by enhancing the hydraulic drainage capacity of its estuary and the final section of the Azarbe del Señor (Alicante) – CENCGE/2025/26G05/0027”. During the works, access to and from the establishment will be via the internal car park area, where the main reception will also be located for your convenience.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Me encantó la zona de las piscinas. Los pekes disfrutaron un montón. Seguro que repetimos.

No me gustó que la zona del parque infantil estaba cerrada porque la estaban pintando y habían obras justo al lado del camping y desde muy temprano se escuchaban los camiones y en la hora de la siesta también.

La animación la piscina el ambiente familiar

Los camareros del restaurante solo habían 2 en el restaurante y la verdad me dió mucha pena que José y Vicente iban desbordados aunque lo hicieron genial amabilidad pero creo que tiene falta de personal de camareros

Me gustó mucho, la animación para los niños, la piscina con toboganes, las casitas son ideales y los wc siempre limpios... en fin TO-DO

El buffet, pagamos y no habia casi de nada y lo que te respondian era que "estaban ultimando". A mi opinión desde la barra antes de cobrar deberian de advertir y decir queda poca comida y tu ya decides si entras o no, lo que no puede ser es que pagues y comas un simple plato de nuggets porque no habia nada más ni iban a reponer nada más y total eran las 14:30 del mediodia.
