It was great to go hiking to the viewpoint with my dog. Sheets were comfortable, AC worked fine. Workers were always available. They provided fresh water bottles after two days.

The hot water didn’t work at first, so it needed fixing. The tab was also leaking. I suppose a small fridge in each room would also be great for comfort.

⚠️ SAFETY CONCERNS – READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ I want to share my experience at this property to help future guests make an informed decision. SAFETY ISSUE 🐒 Upon arriving at our room, we were immediately confronted by wild monkeys. This was not a distant sighting — the animals were directly at our room and posed a real safety risk. This was never mentioned anywhere on the listing, and no warning or guidance was provided by staff. If you are travelling with children or have any concerns about wildlife, please be aware of this before booking. ROOM CONDITION The room looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The actual condition was significantly below what was advertised — the images on the listing are misleading and do not reflect reality. CUSTOMER SERVICE When we raised these issues and requested a cancellation and refund, our concerns were not adequately addressed. I have reported both the safety issue and the misrepresentation to Booking.com formally. I would strongly recommend future guests to review carefully before booking this property. Safety should always come first, and guests deserve accurate information about where they are staying. – A guest who wants others to be informed
