Property Notes

Please note that the resort does not serve alcohol. Couples needing to stay in one room will need to provide a marriage certificate. The main swimming pool is only heated from 17th October until 30th April. Credit Card used in the booking must be presented in Reception desk upon arrival. Credit Card holder can book only for himself and he cannot book for other people. Please note guests are not allowed to bring food & beverages from outside. Children from 0 till 5.99 years old sharing parents room will enjoy free accommodations & meals with a maximum of 2 children' per room. Child from 6 till 11.99 years old sharing parents room will be charged 50% of adult rate with same meal plan per room per night with a maximum of 2 children' per room. From 12.00 years will be charged as adult rate The infinity swimming pool by the beach is for the adults only starting from 18 years old. A deposit may be required at the property.

كانكون دايما مكاني المفضل انا و الأسرة ... مكان مريح و جميل و بنحب نكرر زيارته مرات و مرات طاقم العمل ممتاز و بيخلي اقامتك على أفضل ما يكون و على رأسهم مستر رمضان امام اللي كل مرة بيخلي الاقامة مريحة و سعيدة بإهتمامه هو و فريقه اسامة و محمود .. و مستر صلاح في الاستقبال هو و فريقه ... و روان في Kids Club فعلا أطفالي انبسطوا جدا معاها ... و طاقم المطعم كله من الشيفات ل للمساعدين الاكل دايما كل مرة ممتاز و متنوع و الخدمة كذلك .... مكاننا المفصل دايما ❤️

I had a wonderful stay in Cancun; the service was excellent. The check-in process was very fast and smooth. The reception staff was extremely polite and welcoming, and the room service team was very helpful throughout my stay. The suite was very clean, and all facilities were provided. Special thanks for the gift for my marriage anniversary; it was a wonderful gesture, greatly appreciated.

Overall, everything was very good. However, next time we would appreciate it if they increased the variety of the main dishes at dinner and to improve the quality of the soap, shower gel, and shampoo provided in the room to better match the high standard of the other services provided in the hotel.

كعادة كل سنة يظل فندق كانكون هو الافضل على الاطلاق من حيث كل شيء (نظافة الغرف والفندق ومستوي الطعام المتميز والأنشطة الترفيهية للاطفال والكبار وخدمات الشاطئ وتعاون العاملين وجودة تعاملهم وخاصة مستر رمضان إمام لحسن المتابعة المستمرة والاشراف المتميز .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thanks to Ali and Sayed from the room service team for their outstanding service, kindness, and attention to detail. I also mentioned that it was my sisters’ birthday, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it special with a lovely surprise that truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We will definitely come back again!
