Property Notes

Please note that the resort does not serve alcohol. Couples needing to stay in one room will need to provide a marriage certificate. The main swimming pool is only heated from 17th October until 30th April. Credit Card used in the booking must be presented in Reception desk upon arrival. Credit Card holder can book only for himself and he cannot book for other people. Please note guests are not allowed to bring food & beverages from outside. Children from 0 till 5.99 years old sharing parents room will enjoy free accommodations & meals with a maximum of 2 children' per room. Child from 6 till 11.99 years old sharing parents room will be charged 50% of adult rate with same meal plan per room per night with a maximum of 2 children' per room. From 12.00 years will be charged as adult rate The infinity swimming pool by the beach is for the adults only starting from 18 years old. A deposit may be required at the property.

Exceptional experience as usual it is our second home in Egypt 🇪🇬 it is the best property in Sokhna . Warm hospitality and welcoming from the reception specially Mr. Mustafa he was very kind person . Special thanks also for Mr Mustafa Selem the housekeeping chef and his people who were responsible of my villa they were very professional and helpful many thanks to them Ahmed Hamdy , Hamada and Mohammed Sure I will come again to Cancun This time there is great improvement of food in the restaurant

Well organized and clean , the house keeping staff are very helpful specially Mr. Mustafa salim the house keeping manager who was very nice to us during our stay and made sure that everything was clean and comfortable. The animation staff and the entertainment programs were great . The beach and pools were super clean and comfortable.
