服務人員素質非常非常非常差明明說明信用卡只是用來保證，結果擅自扣款隔天，導致我被double-charged! 我已經付款給booking還被這家旅館扣款。告知工作人員，她說現在只有她一個人，manager不在，無法聯繫booking，無法幫我處理。這是違法的，怎麼可以隨意扣客戶信用卡？而且我明明只住兩晚，保證的20扣款還被扣3次，這是為什麼？明明是訂四個大人一個小孩，有含早餐，結果竟然告知是含兩個大人兩個小孩。後來經過溝通才調整。 Check-in等候很久，而且擅自扣我的信用卡

Excellent breakfast and dinner!!! Very comfy beds, wonderful staff, and spacious rooms. The amenities were exceptional; we loved the sauna, pool, billiards table. Just wish they had a hot tub. We would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Calgary!!
