The stay in the hotel was a hassle. It's hard to point to anything specific but rather a lot of small signs that describe the environment there. We booked a room for 5 (2 adults, 2 adult children, and a child), breakfast included. Upon arrival we got breakfast tickets for 4 persons. On our question the staff let us know that breakfast was booked through the 3rd party (Booking), so any questions to be addressed there. There is no tea, no sugar, no kettle in the room. We asked for a kettle but it wasn't provided. Next morning, I asked again and they did bring the kettle this time. There were other small issues, like finding extra expense that was erroneously put into a final bill. After a call the error was quickly acknowledged and fixed. But having to call the hotel next day after departure didn't add to the experience.

We liked the room however the bed and the pillows were not very comfortable

The hotel, restaurant, staff and location are excellent for the most part. Where they struggle is with their shuttle service. Although they specify booking the shuttle in advance no one verifies booked passengers when loading. In our case "walk-ons" filled half the shuttle so the hotel had to call in taxis in a panic. As a result we barely made our flight.

Breakfast was great, our room was very spacious.

Sofa bed mattress was terrible!

The staff were friendly

Debit machines for the restaurant didn’t work, there was no tea in the room, just extra coffee. Constant thumping and banging heard throughout the night.
