My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding. I have to make special mention of the employee at the front desk, Kimberly. She went over and above to help us and make us feel welcome! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good!! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Jacksonville area!

"Amazing stay!"

Absolutely amazing staff! We were on our annual Christmas road trip. Or room was perfect especially having a 2 yo with us. Will definitely be staying here every road trip or visit to our kids to see grandkids! Thank you!

"Visiting family for Christmas"

We have Family that lives in Jacksonville NC we love staying at this hotel 2 times a year when we are visiting. The staff here are so nice and accommodating! They want to help in any way they can to make your stay better. The hotel and room are kept clean and the housekeepers go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need. We love having the kitchen in the room for simple drinks, meals and snacks. The living area is comfortable and our grandson enjoys spending a night or 2 with us. My husband enjoys the morning complimentary coffee and breakfast offered. I love the way the Hotel Decorates for Christmas and how the staff goes out of the way to ensure guests are taken care of, it helps keep the Christmas Spirit while staying in a Hotel this time of year.We look forward to our return stay each time!!

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We spent a week there and breakfast was never the exact same.
