Room fits our family of 5 & clean all the time. As a family we have traveled so we can attest this hotel is like a 2nd home. Kids love the pool so that’s a big plus

I stayed at Home2 Suites Jacksonville, NC through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, and the staff truly made it feel like home. Being away during the holidays isn’t easy, but everyone was welcoming, friendly, and kind the entire time. Creating an atmosphere that truly made me feel at home. I stayed in a King Bed Studio Suite, which was the perfect size for 2 adults and a midsize dog. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. Extra cooking items like a crockpot, air fryer, or induction cooktop were available upon request at no additional cost. The indoor pool was open, clean, and consistently in use during the posted hours. Laundry facilities included two standard washers and dryers, with a cost of $4 per load (wash and dry) at the time of my stay November 2025 - January 2026, and quarters were available at the front desk. Compared to other hotels in the area, the pet policy was realistic regarding pet size and most cost effective only charging the pet fee one time for the duration of my stay. The hotel was very pet-friendly and conveniently located near stores and restaurants, making daily needs easy to manage. What really stood out was the genuine care and hospitality of the staff. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for extended or holiday stays.

Rooms were very well kept and clean. The size of the room was excellent. Loved that the room had a small kitchen with dishes. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

My friend and I stay at this hotel every December. We have 2 service dogs and they are very good to them. Clean rooms, quite, we taken care of and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay. We have done this trip 5 years straight and will not stay at any other hotel in Jacksonville, NC.
