Location was fantastic but I think according to the the tariff there should be more variety in the breakfast

I didn’t liked the services staff was somewhat rude specially the front desk. Happy with the pool guy he was very nice and kind

"Paid for 4 star but everything like 3 star ."

Breakfast quality was average like a 5 star property . Location is good and close to nature . Staff is too regualr and not as per 4 r 5 star quality Rooms arent as clean , Room upholstry needs sprucing , bathrooms are pathetic . Services are ike an average 3 star hotel Management need t jump in if they eally feel they need to keep up with the contempariry business .

Everything has to be improved to bring it upto atleast a good 4 star hotel .
