The location was relaxing -common areas and corridors were clean and large -room service staff was atleast listening and greeting

The checking process is ridiculous and the staff didn't let me checkin without scanning my visa statuses. No where the requirements for check-in was written to provide physical visa copy. -They even asked for my infants (9 months old boy) passport and eVisa. -Made me wait for 20 mins to checkin while my son was crying outside in taxi. Refused to accept my international driving licence as temporary proof which had my photo and overseas address. -The hotel sevices didn't match 4 star ratings at all. No fridge, no iron, no washing facilities -The staff is good but the facilities available in the property was no where to my expectations. -over priced menu. Sandwitch cost ~500 Rs -Not adequate lightning in room and the room look dull and dim in evening with full lights on -water leaking from the bathroom above the sink -very thin walls and can clearly hear noises from other rooms which was not expected from a 4 star
