Very old, stinky and dirty. Found a bandaid and blueberry under the chair cushion and had to request clean pillow cases and extra towels to sit down on.

The area and the grounds, the office, the hallways, stairways, were all filthy dirty, my room was clean But the bathroom smelled of urine.

Really enjoyed staying with these guys! We stayed three nights, for what it would cost us in another hotel for a night, the service was great, helped whenever needed but stayed out of the way other wise. The rooms are not perfect, but with A/C, a king bed and a full bath, we were more than comfortable, not to mention the big screen tv, ice cold fridge and free breakfast! Would definitely return, especially at this price point, hard to find a hotel with a pool for the price of the stay! Thanks again for having us!

A hotel was nothing like the picture show. The continental breakfast was nothing more than cereal and toast run out of a restaurant that they use in the evenings and stuff is on different corners. The apple juice tasted old. They didn’t even have hot water at first. The stairs going up to one of the buildings with poorly put together, nail sticking out everywhere. The hotel room was not very clean towels that had black stuff on them. Blankets that had burn holes. They had no extra pillows or blankets. Very disappointing. Nothing actually match the pictures that they showed online.

The staff where very good . But that place needs cleaner and cleaner and bleach and more bleach and paint . The hallway paper is coming off dirt on the walls .

Absolutely horrible. Spend another 50$ and stay at The Four Points Sheraton in a legitimate, well run hotel. As soon as we entered I could tell this place was a dive. Dirt, dust and the floor in the hall looked like it was not vacuumed in a decade. The rooms were outdated, they smelled, the tv didn’t work and the staff were clueless. The pictures on the website do not paint the real picture of this gem. They offered us another sketchy room to which we declined. We argued with the front desk attendant to get our money refunded. She would not refund us or call the supervisor or manager. After an hour and a call to the customer help line, we filed a claim and the attendant finally gave us the supervisor and managers names but no contact number. She told us the head office was in Florida. We discovered online there are multiple claims with the better business bureau regarding not getting a refund. 7 out of 9 claims have been resolved. Hopefully, within the week we will hear back and get a refund for a room we never stayed in. Side note: we booked a hotel for the following night and there was a date error on Expedia and with The Four points Sheraton. We called Expedia who called the hotel ( who incidentally did not have the room we needed) and the matter was resolved and refunded in 10 minutes! That is his appropriate customer service is supposed to work.

It’s not that I didn’t like it it just didn’t make it there because my car broke down half ways there an ended up finding a drive home

Very difficult to understand staff English. An additional $25 was charged on our Visa. Worrying environment.
